Shipping & Returns

Due to new FDA regulations that went into effect on August 8, 2016, all online and brick and mortar sales of vapor related products require age verification.  We will shortly have an automated process for this integrated onto our site.  Before the integration, we must temporarily increase the cost of shipping to include “Adult Signature Required” via the USPS.  This will mean that a person of 21+ years of age will have to be on hand to show proof of age before receiving the package.

This return policy is for ONLINE purchases only. The brick & mortar store is run as a separate business and they have a different return/exchange policy.

Returns Policy

  • Liquids:
    • Due to health and safety concerns, we CANNOT accept returns of e-liquid for any reason. However, if we messed up in what we sent you, don't worry, we'll make it right. Please contact our Customer Service if you have any issues.
  • Atomizers/Clearomizers/Cartomizers:
    • Clearomizers/Attys/Cartos can only be exchanged for Dead On Arrival defects.
  • Tanks:
    • We will only exchange for Tanks that are broken on receipt of the item.
  • Batteries and Other Items:
    • We offer a 30 day replacement on all batteries with carto/atty connections and advanced mods, if defective.
    • External mod batteries can only be exchanged for Dead On Arrival defects.
    • Items other than those listed above - contact our Customer Service and we will determine if something is able to be exchanged.
  • Cherry Vape Drip Tips:
    • These drip tips have a lifetime warranty.

If you need to return/exchange an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. If your shipping destination is not in our list, don't sweat. Shoot and e-mail to sales@vaporcaststore.com and we'll figure out if we can ship to your destination and we'll provide an approximate shipping cost.

**Please note that we do not process online orders or ship on Saturday or Sunday. All orders placed over the weekend are filled on Monday, in the order they were received.**

U.S shipping:

First Class Mail = 3-10 Days
Priority Mail = 2-5 Days
Express Mail = 1-2 Days (although most are overnight if received by noon EST)

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping method you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Due to recent changes in the USPS shipping methods, and as they work out their cost saving changes, we have seen some orders take longer than normal to arrive at the destination. Delivery times should fall within the 3-7 days time frame, however, it is possible the packages may take longer. When you track the package on USPS.com using the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email, if you see that the package has been scanned into the USPS tracking system, the USPS now has control and there is nothing more we can do to expedite the delivery.

If you are choosing Express shipping, please note that orders must be received no later than 12:00pm EST (noon), Monday-Friday, to ensure we have the time to process your order and get it to the post office to try for next day delivery. Orders received after noon EST will be processed for mailing the following day.

International Shipping:

We offer shipping to Canada at a flat rate, as well as some other international destinations. We are continually looking for new destinations to ship to and we anticipate all international destinations being available shortly. International orders can not be tracked by normal process, and we are not responsible for delayed shipments, or orders that might be stalled in customs. International shipments could take up to 3 weeks while the package is in transit. Please be patient.

Active Duty Shipping:

We offer free shipping to our brave men and women in the military provided you ship to an MPO and the product is allowed in your service zone.
